How do I know my dog will be OK? At Pets At Their Best, we prioritise your dog's well-being by employing experienced and caring professionals, providing a safe and enriching environment, and offering personalised attention. Our staff are trained regularly in canine first aid, nutrition and animal naturopathic care. We hold the highest possible insurance for animal care to ensure the highest standards of care.

How do your group play sessions work? Our group play sessions offer a fun and safe environment where your dog can play, socialise, and engage in stimulating activities throughout the day. We have separate play areas for different sizes and temperaments, and our trained staff ensures every dog gets plenty of exercise and attention.

Can you accommodate special dietary or medical needs? Yes, we can accommodate special dietary and medical needs. Please provide detailed instructions and any necessary medications and our staff will ensure they receive the proper care and attention.

What do I need to provide for my dog during holiday care? During holiday care, we will need you to provide your dog's regular food and anything that you would normally use to walk your dog i.e. harness, lead etc. Please always make sure that your dog has an up-to-date ID tag attached to their collar; during holiday care, we also attach our own ID tag with our details on there too. Also any medications with detailed instructions attached, also details of the reasons why your dog is taking said medications and any side effects which we may need to look out for.
